Reflection; this quote means that it is better to be alone and focus on what your suppose which could be to study for school than to go out in a night club and do the wrong things like to get drunk. For example if you have a test on Monday and you want to pass it with a least an A then you want to be alone to be able to study for that test. But if you decide to go out and party then you will fail that test with an F. Another example is that if you decide to choose the right the you will decide to be alone than to hang out with the wrong people. This quote can also mean that you will be better to be by your self than to do dumb stuff with other people who will be a bad influence.

Reflection; This quote means that the president john thinks that we have the same knowledge as the Greek people. It also means that if we think positive and decide to do exercise then we will do it, but if we think lazy then we will decide to become a lazy person. It also means that if you want to be a creative person then be it nothing is going to stop you from doing it. the things that the president is trying to say is that your body and your mind work together so they both decide on what you want to do. For example if you want to go out for a run then your mind sends something to your body and your body does it. If you decide to lay down on the couch all day and not do nothing then that's what your body is going to do. Another example is that if you want to be a healthy person then you will start to eat healthy and then you will become a healthy person. But if you decide to eat a lot of junk food then you will become a unhealthy person and just lay down in the couch all day.

Reflection; This quote means that if you be kind to others then you will be the essence to greatness. It also means that if  you choose the right then you will be greatness and you will be essence with the right things and people will look at you diffrent and will want to be like you in the way that you will see your self in the mirror as a great leader. For example if you decide to do the right things and respect others with respect so that they will treat you the same then you are the essence waiting to happen with greatness inside of you. Another example is that if you are a greatness person then you will be treated with kindness and respect and you will also get a great essence from other people because of the way you are and the way you treat them with kindness and you greed them with a smile and show that you care about them because if you don't have a smile then that's not really being friendly and also its not showing kindness.

Reflection; This quote means that if your about to do something that is wrong then don't do it because then you will get in trouble and serve some consequences. It also means that if you do something and lie to someone and say that you didn't do it then you should say the truth because then you will get that person in trouble and then you will get more in trouble for not saying the truth. For example if you are about to go rob a bank and you know that that is wrong then don't do it because then you will get in really big trouble. Another example is that if you did something bad and you blame it on someone else then they find out that it was you then you will get in a lot of trouble for not saying the truth so that's why you have to say the truth.

Reflection; This quote means that these tree things are something will help you out through out your life. This also means that this can also help you with by improving your life with integrity. For example if you choose to follow these three keys then your life will be more easier to live with. Another example is that if you decide to live your life with these keys people will want to be like you and start to follow you on choosing the right. This could also mean that you have to be the one to face the truth and just let it out because if you don't then your going to be in trouble for not saying it.

For example if you study hard and graduate from high school and go to college and get a bachelors degree then that's being wise on what you choose. Another example is that if you decide to smoke or get drunk with your friends and rob or commit suicide then you will serve some consequences.

Reflection; This quote means that is you choose the right then its the right but if you choose the wrong then its the wrong. It also means that if you want to do the right things then do the right things but if you want to do the wrong things then go do the wrong things.For example if you decide to do the right things then you keep on doing them even if your the only one doing them. If you do the wrong things and everyone is with you then you have to stop because your making people do the wrong things. Another example is that if you choose the right and people go against you like an argument then you keep on saying or doing what your doing to prove those people wrong. Also if you want to do something that's good in life and someone says no then you have to show that person that you want to do this thing and lead them into doing the same thing to.
