Reflection; i think that this quote is trying to say is that if your doing the right things then you have to keep on doing them because no one else is going to do them for you but yourself. Also if your doing the bad things then your going to have to stop because you might be hurting someone's feelings. For example if you decide to tell the truth to your parents then that's doing the right thing and you should not stop doing the right things. Another example is when you lie to not get in trouble and blame it on someone else then you got them in trouble and you made them suffer the consequences for something that they didn't even do.
