Reflection; This quote means that if your obedience and you make yourself a goal you will achieve your goal instead of stumbling and being scared with a block that covers your path from reaching your goal. For example if you make a goal to become president then you have to start building blocks instead of stumbling ones because if you keep building blocks then you will achieve want you want to become. Another example is that if you want to be someone in life then you going to start building blocks because if you stumble the blocks then you wont become that one person that you wanted to be so that's why you have obedience and keep on building you blocks(GOALS)  to become a good person.
