President John F. Kennedy

"Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. the relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we know what the Greeks knew; That intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong.

Reflection; This quote means that the president john thinks that we have the same knowledge as the Greek people. It also means that if we think positive and decide to do exercise then we will do it, but if we think lazy then we will decide to become a lazy person. It also means that if you want to be a creative person then be it nothing is going to stop you from doing it. the things that the president is trying to say is that your body and your mind work together so they both decide on what you want to do. For example if you want to go out for a run then your mind sends something to your body and your body does it. If you decide to lay down on the couch all day and not do nothing then that's what your body is going to do. Another example is that if you want to be a healthy person then you will start to eat healthy and then you will become a healthy person. But if you decide to eat a lot of junk food then you will become a unhealthy person and just lay down in the couch all day.
