Reflection; This quote means that a CTR person is someone who is a great person and has good personality towards them self. This also means that a good human could be a CTR person and take out great things out of them self's. For example if you do a CTR thing then something great will come out of you. Another example is that if you decide to choose the right then you will become a CTR champion and great stuff will come out of you.
